Over Active Bladder

Overactive bladder happens when the bladder muscles contract too often, causing sudden urges to urinate.

Urgency – a sudden, strong, and hard-to-defer need to urinate.
Frequency – needing to pass urine more often than usual (typically >8 times in 24 hours).
Nocturia – waking up at night one or more times to pass urine.
Urgency incontinence – leakage of urine associated with urgency (may or may not be present).

While many people dismiss OAB as part of aging, it can affect sleep, daily comfort, and confidence. The good news is, effective treatments exist — from simple lifestyle changes and medications to minimally invasive procedures.

Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)

UTIs occur when bacteria infect the urinary system (bladder, urethra, or kidneys).
